The weather has been very dry since my last report but now a new weather pattern is emerging. A late season cold air mass is pushing down from the North. The surface wind down the east coast of Mexico is from the North. In the southern Gulf of Mexico, a weak trough of Lower Pressure is beginning to develop (just to the right of the small circle in the image). Will update this development later today.
