Light rain is falling right now as a low level weather system moves westward towards Belize. The problem is that this system is fighting a very strong upper level wind shear shooting across Belize from west to east. This could limit the amount of rainfall from this system. The red colour indicates that there is very little convection in this this system.

A Cold front is presently approaching Belize.
The pre-frontal storm cells are moving from south to north. Not much rain associated with the front at the moment. Will see what this weather looks like in the morning. The main front is not supposed to arrive until tomorrow morning after sunrise.

A Cold Front has crossed Belize and has become more or less stationary in the Gulf of Honduras.
Light Rain has been falling all evening and continuing into this night. There is a cool north wind blowing. This stationary front is suppose to become diffuse Thursday morning.

There is a Cold Front moving across the Yucatan that may affect Belize tonight. This keep the weather in Belize cool and dry for the next few days.

A weak cold front passed though Belize last night with a cool north wind. A stronger cold front is now just approaching the northern Yucatan. This cold front should reach Belize tonight. There is not much rain associated with these fronts.
