This morning Rina is just a tropical storm and weakening. I measured a rainfall here in Belmopan of only 16.5 mm or 0.65 in... It is now just after sunset here and a new path for Rina has already been issued. It is supposed to come to a stop and go in reverse and head south again towards Belize. But only as a tropical depression. Let's see what happens. Update: by Friday Oct 28, Rina weakened rapidly and just disappeared.
