This is my final report on Rina. Rina is now smaller and weaker, almost down to just a Tropical Storm. The direction of the storm has 2 possibilities: move up to Florida or curve back over Cuba and move to the south. I will wait until Friday to see what happens. The weather in Belmopan right now is cool and cloudy. The nights have cool now for about a week, very unusual.
